KEITH HEIL
PRESIDENT
Keith Heil has worked in the real estate business for over twenty-five years in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. He founded Chase Real Estate Services in February of 1994.
Upon graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, he worked with KPMG Peat Marwick and then began working with a private real estate developer as CFO, where he was later promoted to President.
Keith then formed a partnership with Huff, Bros, McDowell & Montesi in Fort Worth, Texas and managed in excess of forty RTC properties. He then went to work for David McDavid where he oversaw all the McDavid investment portfolio including real estate, ranch and aircraft operations. Mr. Heil was actively involved in management and deployment of assets in excess of $100 million dollars as COO/CFO with McDavid.
He spent eight years with Vista Property Company where his responsibilities included overseeing the day to day property management of more than 2 million square feet of properties, financial reporting and project leasing. With Vista, he also had responsibility for the due diligence and underwriting of new investment opportunities along with handling the administration of the syndication process for acquisition of new real estate projects as well as existing partnerships.
In 2016, Keith became a principal with Wynmark Commercial Property Management Company overseeing all management activity.

Rebecca Garcia joined CRES in October 2021 and handles the day to day accounting responsibilities.
CHANDLER GOSSETT
PROPERTY MANAGER
Chandler Gossett joined Chase Real Estate Services in February 2022 and works in the Property Management group.
He previously worked at Vista Property Company and most recently in the retail service business

CHRIS MCCUE
PROPERTY MANAGER
Chris McCue joined Chase Real Estate Services as a Property Manager in June of 2023.
Chris’s passion for the real estate world began while attending the University of North Texas, which he graduated from with his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. Chris was also a member of the university’s real estate club where he learned to develop more of the skills needed in the industry as well as analyzing market trends.
Prior to joining Chase Real Estate, Chris worked for Costco Wholesale where he took on many different roles that allowed him to develop a strong background in management and customer service.
When not at work you can find Chris spending time with his family. Whether it be taking his son to soccer practice or travelling, Chris carries on his enthusiasm for his passions with his wife and son.

SLATER HEIL
FINANACIAL ANALYST AND IT
Slater Heil joined Chase Real Estate Services in May 2022 and provides support in analyzing past and present financial data of perspective projects, estimating future revenues and expenditures, budgeting, reconciliations, and handling IT issues.
He previously worked for Vista Property Company in property management and Civitas Senior Living as a financial analyst.
Additionally, he pursued higher education studying data science and analytics and software engineering at SMU and provides supports for IT projects.
